2024, wie auch 2023, bin ich wieder mitglied des scientific boards des international Short Film, Video and Photography Symposium „apart“, welches vom 25. – 27. Oktober in istanbul stattfindet.

„The interest of academics, artists and art lovers in more ‘alternative’ forms of thought production, with short film, video and photography at the center, is growing exponentially every year. These forms of production are rare spaces where the standardizing conditions of industry are less evident, can offer significant opportunities for speculative and even provocative creation, and where pure perception is possible.
The main motivation for our desire to organize the International Short Film, Video and Photography Symposium once again starts right here. We stand against plagiarism, labor theft and plundering, which appear in almost every aspect of life and hinder basic creative attitudes such as thinking, inspiration and production. This stance leads us to produce and share liberating, creative and unifying ideas, interpretations and criticisms. We welcome everyone who responds intellectually and emotionally to this call to the symposium.“
